Please take note of this upcoming change related to Health Benefits Claim Processing

With careful consideration, reimbursements made by your Health Benefits Provider, will now be redirected to the Primary Plan Member of the account. I will however continue to submit electronic claims on your behalf.
What does this mean?
I will submit your Massage Treatment claims for you, if electronic processing are allowed. *Treatments are to be paid in full. You will then be reimbursed the % covered by your Plan, via direct deposit or cheque.
Acceptable forms of payment are:
- Cash
- Credit
- Debit and
- e-transfers to MrobidouxRMT@gmail.com
Automatic deposits may take 3-5 business days. Mailed cheques may take up to 14 days.
If you are not set up for direct deposit, or for any reason you need to contact your Health Benefit Insurance Provider, I can provide you with their Customer Care toll free number.
